The Employee & Labour Relations Manager plays a crucial role in creating a healthy and productive work environment where employees feel valued and heard. If you are passionate about human relations and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.

What you will do :

Reporting to the VP People and Communication, our future Employee & Labour Relations Manager will support the implementation of the company's social policy by integrating aspects of social dialogue and labor law.

He’s responsible for maintaining the quality of social dialogue and the existing social climate within their scope and serve as the primary contact for elected and appointed employee representatives. He’s also responsible for ensuring compliance with labor law regarding procedures and projects implemented within the company.

  1. Management of Employer-Employee Relations: Establish and maintain open and constructive relationships between the company's management and employee representatives.
  2. Legal Monitoring: Ensure compliance with current labor laws and regulations, with a focus on French labor law while considering legislation in other European countries.
  3. Collective Negotiations: Participate in negotiations with unions or employee representatives to reach agreements on working conditions, salaries, benefits, etc.
  4. Individual Litigation Management: Manage individual labor law disputes, providing legal support to HR Business Partners and representing the company before competent bodies, such as labor courts if necessary.
  5. Production of Mandatory Documents: Ensure the production and updating of mandatory documents such as the Economic and Social Database (BDES) and the Professional Equality Index, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  6. Collective Relations: Ensure the functioning of social dialogue with representative bodies of personnel and trade unions in line with the company's social policy: organizing professional elections, preparing and conducting meetings of representative bodies of personnel including negotiations with trade unions.
  7. Support for Transformation Projects: Support business units in developing transformation projects or entity evolution by anticipating potential risks and identifying suitable solutions.

What you bring :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in labor law from a university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR or Employee / Labour Relations, with a solid knowledge of French labor law and experience in human resources management in multiple European countries.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Ethical and confidential mindset.
