Your main responsibilities are :

• Define the operational regulatory compliance framework and related regulatory strategies across product categories.
• Manage regulatory evolutions projects with all counterparts in a collaborative manner (Raw Material department, Laboratories, Supply chain…) to define the best approaches supporting L’Oréal products compliancy on the market, in due time.
• Identify the potential consequences of the regulatory evolutions more specifically within the fragrance field, on the compliancy of RM/finished product portfolio.
• Manage the regulatory data within the regulatory tools for specific geographical regions
• Provide the necessary regulatory requirements for internal partners through communications documents
• Provide trainings and technical empowerment to all internal regulatory network.

To succeed in this position, you have :

• Fluency in English is required.
• BSc/MSc degree (chemical engineer, pharmacist…)
• Chemical, pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic international regulatory significant experience (> 5 years) – Experience in fragrance industry is a plus
• Ability to work in project mode and good project management skills
• Knowledge and appetence for information systems, modeling and data management (rule management applications, …)
• Ability to manage complexity in cross-functional international environment
• Strong cooperative leadership and problem solving ability.
