We are seeking an enthusiastic Test Development Engineer Intern/Apprentice to join our "Performance Team" as a part of our Engineering Department. This team is responsible for conducting end-to-end performance tests and for providing performance test tools to the development teams of the engineering department.

The primary objective of this internship is to develop and refactor test injection tools to integrate them as part of Kubenetes pods in current performance test clusters.

Prerequisites:

  • Seeking an end-of-studies internship

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program at an Engineering School or University (Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, or Mathematics)

  • Final year of Engineering School or Master II of University

  • Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the performance team and DevOps team to review the considered architecture.

  • Port a current test injection harness from Jenkins slaves to Kubernetes pods

  • Port a current test Jenkins pipeline to ArgoCd

  • Prepare migration of all existing test pipelines. Document and share procedures.

  • Integrate ArgoCd tasks to current deployment and test tasks.

  • Elaborate how current reporting capabilities can be migrated to the new infrastructure.

  • Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program at an Engineering School or University (Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, or Mathematics)

  • Final year of engineering school or Master II of university

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work in teams.

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, GitOps and ArgoCd
