The main purpose of the Cultural & Bahaviour Transformation Lead is to be the singe point of accountability for the successful enablement and implementation of culture / ways of working transformation in our clients.

What you’ll do

  • New and existing senior clients’ relationships
  • Actively involved in the end to end cycle of new clients’ pursuits, sales and onboarding
  • Responsible for regional client portfolio (expected approx 4 clients)
  • Point of contact for senior client relationships long termC-suite leadership coaching and enablement 
  • Kick-start Human Design discussion with clients
  • Initial sprint setup including leading activities such as Line of Sight, Culture survey and Exec LDP
  • Liaise with Global Practice Leads to influence and bring best practice into programs
  • Lead top-down cultural transformation, working with the C-suite and exec layer in organisations
  • Senior cover for Human Design activities throughout migration including ongoing risk monitoring and escalation
  • Cultural stewardship
  • Embody the Kraken ways of working and support the delivery team to do the same (and ensure a consistent experience across the portfolio)
  • Act as the bridge between new clients and best practice success stories
  • What you’ll deliver

  • In depth knowledge and expertise in all facets of Human Design necessary to enable transformation (including cultural transformation, leadership development, coaching, learning) 
  • Experience in leading portfolios of major program transformations across different geographies
  • Track record of trust-based partnerships with C-suite and executives
  • Excellent communication skills at storytelling level across different seniorities and culturesExcellent facilitation skills
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity and complexity 
  • Clear understanding of the connection between human, organisation and technology in the context of tech-enabled transformations 
  • Experience of working within the Energy, Utilities and Telco industries is highly desirable 
  • In depth knowledge of leadership and organisation behavioral best practices including concepts such as psychological safety, empowerment growth mindset, agile leadership and high performing team
