(Hybrid/Kraków - 1 day per week in the office)

What’s the job? About the role As a Senior Software Engineer within our frontend domain, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that contribute to our long-term business goals. You will work as a strong individual contributor while collaborating closely with teammates to solve complex challenges and ensure engineering best practices are followed.
With a passion for frontend technologies and a focus on quality, you will play a key role in elevating the technical impact of your squad.
Responsibilities - Take responsibility for designing, building, and maintaining complex frontend solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture and support the team in adopting modern approaches and tools.
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure reliable and consistent delivery.
- Identify and propose improvements to development processes, tooling, and product quality.
- Share knowledge with teammates, contribute to a culture of learning, and support less experienced engineers through guidance and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and technical considerations.
What you’ll bring Skills and Experience - Strong experience designing and implementing robust frontend applications with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with modern frameworks such as React.js and Remix.
- Good understanding of web architecture, DNS, and web server technologies.
- Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and GraphQL.
- Solid knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and tools, including Playwright and Jest.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and user experience best practices.
- Strong grasp of software and quality engineering principles, including non-functional requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working with autonomy while being a strong team player in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
