• Organize and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

• Drive technical excellence in engineering practices

• Participate in architectural design and decision-making

• Lead sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings

2 ) Helping grow the Team

• Everyone on the early team plays an important role in attracting, closing, and growing other talented team members

• Take an active part in hiring interviews

• Make sure each Kilner of the team is in a positive mindset (1o1s, support, training)

Skills & Background

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year in Golang

• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role

• Proven interest in blockchain technology

Ideally :

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment (<100 people)

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto companies

• Exposure to architectural patterns, distributed systems, and related problematics

• Experience designing, building, and deploying user-facing, infrastructure-related, or API-based products
