Xavier graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Mines Paristech. After working for Jumia Travel (Rocket Internet) as MD for West Africa, he worked at the French Ministry of Finance, where he discovered open banking and how it could reshape the payments & rewards industry.

He created Joko in 2018 with Alexandre and Nicolas, with the ambition to reinvent consumers' shopping experience, from product discovery to reward and payment.

When he's not working, he tries to travel the world and eat good food as much as he can.

Meet Hajar, Online Business Manager

Meet Louis, Software Engineer

After graduating from Ecole Polytechnique and ETH Zürich, Alice enrolled in a PhD in Computational Quantum Physics. Between Paris and New York, she wrote theoretical physics papers and developed a taste for computer science by contributing to C++ libraries developed in her lab.

She joined Joko as Software Engineer in October 2020, and she holds a versatile position ranging from architecture design to frontend display all the way to the deployment in production. What drives her on a daily basis is the resolution of complex problems in a quickly changing environment, together with a brilliant and caring team.

During her free time, Alice loves to completely disconnect by doing outdoor rock climbing or reading a good novel in the sun.

After two years at Ecole 42, Arthur joined Joko as a full stack developer. From intern to first employee, he participated to the different phases of the product and team evolution.

His role is to develop and challenge every day the technical basis of an application used by hundreds of thousands of users.

What he particularly likes is solving complex scalability problems and exploring new technologies like Rust.

For him, it's this demanding yet benevolent environment that allows him to progress rapidly.

Miya, from the beginning of her studies at ESSEC, was convinced that she would work in a strategy consulting firm.

She joined Joko for an internship ... and never left the company; extremely motivated by the diversity of her missions, by the team she found brilliant, and by the hypergrowth of Joko.

She started as a sales person and became responsible for B2B marketing and account management. Her goal? Joko, everywhere, everyday!

Ron completed his studies at Boston College, and joined a small software team in San Francisco that soon after got acquired by American Express. Following several years as a product manager at Amex, Ron co-founded Léon & George, an indoor plant delivery startup backed by Y Combinator.

He later moved to France, and joined the product team at Joko in October 2020. Together with the tech team and the rest of the product team, he is now focused on helping to develop Joko into a word-class product.

When not at work, Ron enjoys cooking intricate meals and being out in nature.
