The B2B Team’s main mission is to provide users with a maximum of available merchants and offers on the app.

On one side, the Sales Team is in charge of getting in touch with new merchants and affiliate platforms.

On the other side, the Account Management Team creates and manages long-lasting relationships with our partners.

Led by Nicolas, our CRO, they are a vibrant team with unstoppable energy!

At Joko, we just launched a new business line that has tremendous potential: users can now purchase Gift Cards to pay their purchases through the app and earn immediate cash back.

🎯 What You Will Do

As an Account Manager (Gift Cards), your main mission will be to work hand-in-hand with the team to ensure this business line is growing at its full potential, through visibility, commercial offers, and smooth operations. Since we just launched it, everything has to be built!

Your responsibilities:

  • Brands management: Manage relationships with providers and brands, to provide the best possible rates to our users, on all the merchants we can. Negotiate the best commercial deals possible.

  • Operations: Ensure we have all the right processes in place to scale this business line, both to provide the best experience to our users and to ensure we have the right internal monitoring processes.

  • Marketing: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to support the growth of the new gift cards business line (newsletters, CRM rules, etc.).

  • Product: Work with the Product team to ensure we are prioritising correctly in regards to the Gift Cards feature, and perform user interviews to understand their behaviour and gather feedback.

  • Data analysis: Ensure close monitoring of the gift card business and analyze the performances closely with the different teams.

  • Care: Work with the Care team to anticipate users’ requests on this topic, and collect feedback from users.

  • Explore expansion in the US market: Benchmark all players in the US market, the local gift card providers, negotiate initial rates with them, perform user interviews to understand what users expect in this market, etc.


Requisitos

  • Location: You’re based in or close to Paris.

  • Education: You have graduated from a top business or engineering school (or equivalent).

  • Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience working in a startup or scaleup in the commercial field or as a founder associate, or in the consulting/finance industry.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You love to create things from scratch, love challenges, are a true problem-solver, and might even think of launching your own company someday.

  • Relationships and communication: You are very comfortable in spoken and written formats. You love communicating and building long-lasting relationships with your stakeholders.

  • Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.

  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details and you always spot issues.
