As a part of Jellysmack global development, we are looking to develop this entity even more with a business goal: grow its revenue. We are looking for our editor-in-chief that will help us develop our future vision and build a business strategy for our women/beauty/ lifestyle channels across all platforms.

Your Mission:

• Grow revenues on our channels: Beauty Studio, Unwritten Beauty, Burst Out Loud, Beauty Hacks, Crowned Ladies, Outfit Anatomy, Love Stories, etc.
• Handle the Beauty & Fashion P&L and make strategic decisions accordingly
• Develop our editorial strategy and help us expand our business
• Help structure and optimize the processes in the team
• Manage teams to help them reach their objectives and support them to grow as managers.

A little about you:

• You have at least 5 years of experience, and you have already managed projects and people
• You know the editorial codes and/or the social codes
• You love to suggest fresh and innovative editorial ideas
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and perfectly organized
• You see solutions where other point roadblocks
• You want to take part in an ambitious and global project
• You have worked on branded content (is a plus)
• You are fluent in English
