Build and scale the Solutions Engineering team in France and the US: hire, onboard, coach, and support the team as we grow.
Own deployment & activation for key customers: lead implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring high-quality activations that drive long-term success.
Own the delivery performance of the Solutions Engineering unit: define and track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, remove roadblocks, and ensure consistent execution across projects.
Create the deployment & activation playbook: define methodology, documentation, templates, and quality standards for repeatable, high-quality launches.
Partner with Sales during pre-sales: support discovery, validate feasibility, shape solution approach, and ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
Be the voice of the customer internally: surface insights, friction points, and recurring needs to help Product & Engineering improve the platform and customer experience.

Are fluent in French and English
Nice-to-have (not mandatory):
Previous experience managing or mentoring others (informal or formal)
Background in SaaS, fintech, consulting, RevOps, implementations, or technical customer-facing roles
Exposure to one or more of: Data & Analytics, Operations, Customer Success, Software Engineering
