What you will do:

In this role you will:

• Responsible for growing our structured finance and overall sales revenues across the HBCE institutional client base by identifying growth opportunities, enabling sales efficiency and effectiveness, and taking responsibility for the function's performance against weekly/monthly/annual targets

• Implement client and sales strategies across both flow structured finance and non-flow structured finance to drive enhanced revenue generation in particular in HBCE

• Act as a product champion for the flow ABS piece of structured finance, in particular our growing CLO franchise

• Responsible for marketing the bank's services to new and existing clients. This includes developing and maintaining clear plans that increase profitable penetration with our existing and new clients

• Collaborate with other internal businesses within HSBC on illiquid products

o GB & CMB: identify O2D opportunities and help reduce RWAs on legacy positions

o GTRF: distribute trade receivable and finance asset to institutional investors

o WPB: help reduce RWAs on legacy position and help build out value proposition to UHNW clients from a distribution perspective

o Global Markets: growing financing revenue and help to reduce RWAs

Conditions

You should apply if you have:

• MBA, CFA, or advanced qualifications and equivalent experience

• Strong understanding of a Global Markets business and able to work within a matrix organization

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

• Deep understanding of markets, foreign exchange instruments, commodities and rates

• Strong Institutional client relationships

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

• A strong team player willing to work with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve collective ambitions

• Highly detail oriented and proactive

• Strong interpersonal skills, and judgement
