Your Ownership? 💪

As a Sales Onboarding Specialist, you will be the driver in bridging the gap between prospect interest and active user success. You won’t just follow up; you will act as a strategic problem-solver, identifying lost opportunities within our funnel and turning stalled leads into customers.

As a Sales Onboarding Specialist, your missions will be to:

  • Identify and prioritize dropped leads within our CRM, using data-driven insights to pinpoint prospects who showed initial interest but stalled during the onboarding journey.

  • Re-engage high-potential prospects through highly personalized multi-channel outreach (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.) to understand their specific blockers.

  • Handle objections and solve problems on the fly, providing the specific information or support needed to close the deal.

  • Partner with Growth, Product & Ops teams to build a seamless user experience, sharing direct field feedback to eliminate recurring friction points and optimize the overall drop-off process.

  • Drive conversion and activation metrics, handling the “last mile” of the sales cycle to ensure maximum ROI on our lead generation efforts.


Requisitos

Your Hero Profile? 🦸

  • You have at least a first professional experience (internships included) in Sales, Operations, or a related field. An experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus

  • Good Pitcher: You can pitch a solution fluently and convincingly, tailoring your speech to address specific merchant needs and pain points.

  • Team Player & Collaborative: You enjoy working in a team environment, sharing best practices, and collaborating across departments to fix friction points.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable tracking your own KPIs and efficiency to hit your targets.

  • Coachability: You are highly open to feedback, capable of quickly implementing insights from weekly meetings and coaching sessions to improve your performance.

  • Continuous Learner: You have a strong motivation to improve your skills daily and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

  • Italian native speaker and fluency in English are mandatory.

    • Spanish proficiency is a plus

  • Full-time contract

  • Availability: ASAP

  • Based in Barcelona (you will be required to work from the BCN office at least 3 days a week)
