Creating our broader operational excellence strategy for our production teams, that is your main focus as Team Lead within HelloFresh.
You have the ability to lead a team of analysts and shop floor colleagues, and use your experience in designing and applying operational processes optimization frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM and other process modeling/ re-engineering tools). Ideally you have some experience in a manufacturing environment and both English (must have) and Dutch (nice to have) communication skills.

Your opportunityFor our ambitious, fast growing team in Bleiswijk (near Zoetermeer), we are looking for an Operational Excellence Team Lead Production. Working in the Production team you take a leading role in raising our operational excellence capabilities at our distribution centers.
As an Operational Excellence Team Lead Production, your focus will be on creating our broader operational excellence strategy together with our central operational excellence team and cascade this into our distribution centers.
Furthermore you will focus on training and developing operational excellence analysts and shop floor personnel. Secondly you will work of course on improvement opportunities, focussed on error and cost reduction, and process improvements.
