What will you do? As an Application Support Specialist, you will ensure problem-free operation of the selected business critical applications. Working dynamically 24/5 while receiving an assistance of the 3rd level IT experts when dealing with major issues, makes the entire team capable of prompt reactions to all occurring incidents. That said, you will be at the head of ticket queue management, applications monitoring as well as general requests processing coming from the internal customers. Other responsibilities include the following:
