Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.
Operational for 8 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees across Europe.
We distribute our products through both wholesale working with major specialty and multi-brand retailers and retail, via our concessions in department stores.
In practical terms, this means that if you’re buying children’s apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has definitely passed through us, even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store.
To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a Digital Marketing Manager.
CORE RESPONSABILITY
Campaign Management
- Plan, optimize, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all accounts, brands, and 3rd-party partners
- Manage budget and timelines in line with annual marketing plans
Data & Analytics
- Analyze performance across digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities
- Refine marketing strategies based on results
- Provide comprehensive reports on campaign KPIs
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with sales and retailer teams to align marketing with business goals
- Attend client meetings and category events
- Review sales materials to ensure alignment with brand messaging
Content & Tools
- Create digital assets according to retail partner specifications
- Build digital sales toolkits for internal and external use
YOUR PROFILE
- Over 5 years of experience in fashion and sports retail, specializing in merchandising and buying.
- Experience in premium fashion brands as a plus
SKILLS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within an agency or the fashion/retail industry, covering CRM, email marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliates, display, and social media.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of web analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven performance marketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Highly collaborative yet autonomous, able to influence, build trust, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and positive-minded, with a proactive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Personal Qualities: Integrity, motivation, and a strong sense of accountability.
