Role Summary: 🔍
The Product Development Expert in Plant Nutrition will join the Marketing Department at TIMAC AGRO International, within a team dedicated to Plant Nutrition. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Strategy & Offer Development, the successful candidate's mission will be to ensure the performance and relevance of our plant nutrition product ranges. This involves coordinating the management of these ranges with subsidiaries worldwide, in close collaboration with all TIMAC AGRO International departments.

Key Responsibilities: 
•🌐Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure the performance and relevance of our plant nutrition product ranges, providing market analysis methodology, guidance, and support.
•💼Contribute to commercial development and ensure product offerings align with market needs and subsidiary strategic priorities.
•📚Train and engage the subsidiary marketing communities, sharing best practices and insights.
•🎯Define and deploy marketing strategies tailored to local specifics, oversee commercial performance analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor the impact.
•🤝Be a proactive participant in strategic projects managed at the holding level with cross-functional teams to develop and secure product ranges.

This position is open to internal
candidates meeting the following criteria :
🎓Graduated from an engineering school with a focus on agriculture or agronomy.
📈At least 3 years of successful experience in related roles, ideally in marketing, sales, project management, or consultancy.
🍃 Experience in developing, marketing, or selling agricultural inputs, ideally fertilizers and/or biostimulants, is required.
💡The candidate should be dynamic, meticulous, diplomatic, and capable of coordinating projects and teamwork. Adaptable, with strong marketing strategy skills and agronomic knowledge, and skilled in benchmarking for strategic objectives. Excellent writing skills with strong interpersonal abilities, demonstrating analytical and synthesis skills, decision-making, and autonomy.
🗣️ Fluent in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages preferred, and speaking French is a distinct advantage.
