As a Data Marketing and Growth Associate your mission will be to boost and scale Groover’s projects, with a primary focus on growth and CRM objectives, while also occasionally optimizing operational efficiency for the team.
This, by employing the best growth and ops methods, tricks and tools allowing you to become a skilled technician and insightful strategist.
You’ll work closely with Théo, Growth & CRM Engineer, who will train you to become fully autonomous and a valuable resource for the entire team. We’ll also rely on you to gradually strive to accomplish tasks independently.
You’ll integrate the Success and Ops team, driven by Dorian, Co-Founder and Business Officer.

At the end of this apprenticeship or internship, there is the possibility of offering a full-time job.
Missions
Automating tasks by connecting different tools through either their integration environments, APIs, or automation tools such as n8n
Monitoring and maintaining existing automations
Addressing the needs of others by translating them into technical specifications, ensuring effectiveness, reliability, ease of use, and ease of debugging/modification
Participating in Growth and CRM strategies
Working and enhancing on the CRM users journeys
Our main tools : Slack, Notion, Customer.io, Metabase, n8n, connected with Segment, Google suite, Airtable and a significant volume of different APIs
