Job description

Your mission will be to grow the number of artists subscribed to Groover Masterclass, our new training program for independent artists:
You will work closely with Romain, our CEO, and Chrystelle, Groover Masterclass Coordinator to make this new service successful.


  • Get 150 artists to join Groover Masterclass per month in 2023 and develop a new Market from Scratch
  • Improve the sales process and make our distribution process efficient and scalable
  • Launch and develop a new vertical and service within Groover

Preferred experience

  • You already have an experience of selling a product or service before (at least one internship where you sold something successfully)
  • You Know how to use the results of a test to iterate on the sales funnel
  • You understand how to present value to customers
  • You Know : Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel especially)
  • You speak French Perfectly
  • You are rigorous and disciplined
  • You have great written and verbal communication skills
  • You have empathy and you are reactive
  • You are result-oriented
  • Your knowledge on CRM is a bonus
  • A No Code tooling is also strong bonus (AirTable, Notion)
  • You love Music & artists (Strong Nice to Have)

Recruitment process

  • Phone Screen with Eugénie (HR) 30 min
  • Operations Interview with Romain (CEO) 1H
  • Fit interview with Rafaël et Chrystelle (CPO and Head of MasterClass) 30 min

Internship available for September 2022 or January 2023 - 5/6 months only


• 6 days Offered (1 per Month)
• A remote-friendly environment and a Great office in the center of Paris 11arr with flexible working Hours
• Swile Card for Lunch (10euros / Working Day)
• 50% Transports Card
• Team events: OKRs presentation and strategic all hands all quarters, Concerts, Family diners on Thursdays, yearly team event (G-days) once a year
• Cultural Expenses : 200 euros per Year to Cover your Cultural Expenses (Theater, Concerts, Books, Netflix etc.)
• “Meet our Ambassadors” Program: You can work remotely where a Groover ambassador is located; New York, Londres, Bologne, Rio, Madrid, Barcelone etc. (250 euros offered to cover expenses for travels, housing and co-working)
