Reporting to our RF Team Leader, you will use your skills and experience to revolutionize the SATCOM, Radar, and Telecom world with us.

As part of the RF R&D team, composed of 19 people, you will be working together with the Hardware and Algorithm & Modeling team to complete the following missions:

• Conceive, design, and perform RF characterization of antennas, RF feeding networks, reconfigurable metasurfaces, etc. in the X to W band range.

• Present regular progress reports to the RF R&D team members and the industry partners.

• Take responsibility for customer-paid R&D projects and ensure that the project is completed on time and within its budget (including the organization of project documentation, risk analysis, etc.).

• Propose ideas for patent applications.

• Be proactive and bring your expertise in design to other team members and help to solve problems related to this specialty, supervise the work of interns or junior RF engineers.

• Technology watch new developments in your own field and related research areas/disciplines.

EXPERIENCES

Graduated from an engineering school (BAC+5, university equivalent) or a PhD, you are specialized in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (RF/Microwave related subject area). You have at least 3 years in an Industrial company and have a strong background in Microwaves engineering (experiences in theoretical and experimental). An experience in SATCOM, Telcom or Radar Industry is a plus.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Proficient with CST or HFSS.

• Proficient with Python or MATLAB.

• Proficient with VNA and Spectrum Analyzer.

• Knowledge of post-processing in RF characterization: time-gating, probe compensation, TRL calibration, etc.

• Knowledge of Antenna design, Microwave engineering, and good practices of design at mmWaves.

• Knowledge of reconfigurable metasurfaces design is a plus.

• Knowledge of RFIC/MMIC is appreciated.

• Good level of English (B2 minimum).
