Attached to our System Engineering team, you will ensure the operation and expected performance of our Telecom solutions in line with 5G/5G+ standards.
To that end, your missions will be the following:
Work in close collaboration with the Algorithm & Modelling team to design the control algorithms for the Greenerwave antenna in compliance with 5G/5G+ protocols,
Guide technical teams to anticipate integration constraints between the baseband block and the Greenerwave antenna control unit,
Implement and integrate the proposed algorithms on one or more evaluation and validation platforms (such as Open Air Interface),
Contribute to the design and interfacing of the platform to test performance in accordance with 5G/5G+ specifications,
Debug and/or find alternative and innovative solutions,
Validate and demonstrate the proposed solutions in end-to-end demonstrators (PoC),
Customize the proposed solutions according to the different project specifications to appropriately meet the needs of our clients and partners,
Participate in the writing of technical documentation,
Ensure technological watch and follow the evolution of 5G standards to propose technical improvements.
Graduated from an engineering school (Master’s level or equivalent university degree) or holding a PhD, you have a specialization in telecommunications. You have at least 3 years of experience in testing and integrating algorithms for 5G.
Ideally, you have been involved in the design of innovative solutions (including possibly a full PoC) for massive MIMO, beamforming, and/or RIS.
Technical skills
Knowledge of one or more testing platforms (such as Open Air Interface),
Solid understanding of MIMO,
Strong proficiency in one or more development tools (Python, C, C++, Matlab, GNU Radio),
Good knowledge of 5G and 6G trends,
Knowledge of resource management would be a plus,
Familiarity with mmWave and RIS is appreciated,
Fluent English required, both spoken and written.
