About this role : 

We are currently looking for a Team Lead Business Operations (m/f/d) to lead our Business Operations team for France, UK and APAC region. The Business Operations team executes the operations of monetized assets but also elaborates reports, analysis & supporting material to share data and insights internally and externally.


  • Manage, coordinate, and be responsible for the APAC, UK, and France Business Operations team 
  • Responsible for training your team and providing guidance on operational processes and performance analyses, including developing and enforcing process guidelines.
  • Close collaboration with local Commercial and Operational leads to pursue further company growth.
  • Build robust marketing strategies and operational processes to pursue company growth and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.
  • Bring insights, reporting, and analyses to enable the business and advocate for a data-driven culture.

Your Profile : 

  • At least 3 years experience in leadership/ managing a team.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to create effective collaboration across functions
  • Extensive experience in Project Management with great organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to make data-driven decisions and sound business judgment
  • Supportive management style, act as a role model and mentor for more junior members of the team by showing commitment and living our brand values
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to use market knowledge and partner feedback to improve product and service offerings
