About this role: 

Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Account Director - Global (m/f/d) in the Central Commercial Team, where your role will be pivotal in engaging at a higher strategic level, building long-term partnerships, and negotiating annual contracts. Adopting a consultative approach, you will be instrumental in analysing data to demonstrate return on investment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve mutual success.
  • Collaborate and build close cooperation with Brand partners (Expedia, Amazon, Nike, etc.)  to understand their business goals and align them with the company's capabilities.
  • Provide strategic guidance based on data analysis to optimize partner campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for market or solution expansions stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to partners.
  • Represent and act as the face of the company in negotiations with senior contacts.
  • Educate partners on the use of the company's solutions and new features.
  • Regularly assess partner performance against goals and continuously monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Maintain open and regular communication with partners and address any challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Share updates on the progress and communicate planned commercial strategies for their dedicated accounts portfolio to the entire organisation, with a particular emphasis on engaging the C-Suite.
  • Take charge of commercial-led projects and foster close collaboration with partners and internal teams such as Local Commercial, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.

Your Profile : 

  • You have 6+ years of experience in partnerships or account management
  • Professional experience in advisory or consulting organisation is desirable
  • Executive Presence: Ability to engage with high-level executives effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial long-term partnerships.
  • Extremely Organised, Adaptable, and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent: The ability to manage their portfolio and the relationships built within it efficiently and effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Forward-thinking and ability to build long-term strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships at the highest level.
  • Analytics skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting data to extract insights for building compelling pitches and proposals.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
