About this role : 

Join our dynamic team as Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in the Central Commercial Team, where your role will be pivotal in shaping our sales strategy and materials to drive effective pitches to brands.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the market, target audience, and industry trends.
  • Define and articulate unique selling propositions and differentiators for our products.
  • Craft compelling messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition to our audience.
  • Write strategic sales content about GSG position and key differentiators.
  • Develop compelling positioning collateral and materials that articulate the value of GSG for different advertiser types.
  • Execute best-in-class written case studies delivering a clear positioning narrative.
  • Develop comprehensive collateral that supports the sales process, working closely with Marketing & Design teams to create visually appealing and impactful materials.(e.g., sales deck, positioning deck, client re-engagement deck.)
  • Provide the Commercial team with training content and collateral to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness, in collaboration with the Learning & Development Specialist/Coordinator and B2B Marketing team.

Initiatives:

  • Translate the new company vision into a commercial application to enhance product positioning.
  • Assess the adoption and impact of GSG solutions, driving continuous improvement our GSG sales approach
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives to ensure the Commercial team is equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare strategies for main industry events and actively participate to showcase our products that will help our commercial team engage with existing or potential partners.
  • Interview advertisers (lost deals, advertiser churns) following a structured process to evaluate their decision process and criteria.
  • Lead the development and execution of a successful NPS (Net Promoter Score) campaign for advertisers to measure and improve customer satisfaction.

This person will get the chance to work closely with the different GSG departments especially Marketing & Design and People & Culture.

Your Profile : 

  • Proven experience in sales consulting or high growth companies.
  • Experience in analytics to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to set a strategic vision for the product marketing function and guide the team toward overarching business goals
  • Ability to bring innovative thinking to product positioning and messaging, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership
  • Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills, strong collaboration across functions and mentoring skills
  • Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
