As Tech Support, you will be part of our Support Team at our amazing HQ in Malmö. In your role, you will collaborate with various colleagues in the team and together take on ownership and responsibility for our customer support. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from both our RnD and our Sales department when it comes to solving and helping our customers whenever facing more technical support issues.

Cool. So what's the role about? 🚀

Your future responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues for our valued customers.
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders through support channels like Intercom and Slack.
  • Address escalated technical cases, particularly focusing on integrations and API-related issues.
  • Reproduce, refine and prioritize bugs for our RnD team.
  • Gain insight into our customers' technical hurdles within our system and provide effective solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings, especially those concerning API and integrations.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our technical documentation.
  • Explore career growth opportunities by leading improvement projects or assuming additional responsibilities within your role.

Is it you we are looking for? 🤩

  • Previous experience in a customer-centric role within technical support, preferably in SaaS/tech.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology, with a keen interest in integrations and APIs.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English; fluency in Swedish is a big plus!
  • Experience in utilizing Postman or similar tools for API troubleshooting.
  • Experience in reading and troubleshooting API Logs and calls (eg OpenSearch) as well as working with SSO/SCIM.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot and Dynamics.
