All about the role of Cash Management Intern

Cash management intern reports to Group ash manager. Within the Corporate Finance team, you will be involved in multiple functions of cash management, which is the primary focus of each company under LBO. You will have multinational exposure to all Flowbird’s subsidiaries and will contribute to the transformation and structuring of cash management function and notably: cash function centralization, factoring implementation, creation of the cash pool, improvement of FX exposure management.

What will you do? 

Cash Management:  

• Assistance in day-to-day cash monitoring,
• Calculation and management of key cash generation indicators, 
• Cash forecasting (weekly, monthly),
• Cash reporting, 
• Cash upstream from subsidiaries to the Group,
• Contribution to cash function centralization and process automation
• Optimization of banks and accounts used across countries, 
• Contribution to the creation of cash pool,
• Contribution to the improvement of FX exposure management.

Financing: establishment of bank guarantees, support in the management of the banking pool (LBO).Shareholders’ relationship: monthly reporting and analysis.Factoring program: assistance in the implementation in the UK and US. Monitoring the factoring program in France 

Who are we looking for?

• Gap or final year Master student, from Business or Engineering school, preferably in a Finance program, you are looking for a 6-month internship starting in October 2024,
• You have a first experience in corporate finance and cash management: Audit, Transaction Service, Corporate Finance or investment funds,
• You have good communication skills,
• You have a very good understanding of the various financial statements,
• You have very good Excel and modelling skills,
• You are autonomous in  Word and PPT.
