As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a passionate and multiskilled Digital Transformation Engineer to deliver cutting edge industry 4.0 innovation to solve the most complex challenges of industrial operations. You act as an ambassador and role model for hands-on industry 4.0. At Fieldbox, you will be given end-to-end responsibility on a variety of digital and industrial topics.

On a daily basis, you will: 

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from framing to end-user adoption, with a  double focus on business value delivered to client and Fieldbox’s resources management (people, budget, planning)

• Work closely with our clients to understand their issues and requirements, technical process and biggest challenges,

• Combine Fieldbox expertise, customer expert knowledge and available data to bring out new use-cases

• Translate business use-cases into users stories ready for development by scrum and data science teams

• Acting as PPO or scrum master, coordinate the Fieldbox and customer project Team to successfully deliver and implement the solution 

• Organize deployment, engage end-user communities and follow up on adoption

• Assess the benefits of the solution and identify improvements, new functionalities, risks and eliminate blockers,

• Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with our clients and identify potential new business opportunities

You will work within the Digital Transformation team, which currently includes around ten people based in Bordeaux, Paris or working full emote in France. You will be able to rely on in-house technical expertise such as Data science, web development, devops and Cloud development.

You are autonomous and flexible, enjoy learning as much as doing, and know how to communicate your ideas. We are looking for talents with diploma in Engineering or Sciences (Grande Ecole, Master or equivalent), and with the following skills or experience:

• 4 to 7 years in a similar position

• Familiar with industrial and digital project management

• Experience with client facing posture

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to ask questions and understand multiple points of view,

• willing to learn and challenge yourself and our customers, with the ability to adapt to different work environments and team dynamics to teach and lead,

• Excellent oral and written communication (english and french)

• Knowledge in agile methodology is a plus

Candidates with the following experience will be considered in priority.

• Experience as a consultant at a client,

• Exposure to industrial engineering and/or industrial data

The position can be based in Bordeaux (Bassins à Flot), Paris (Montparnasse) or full remote from France
