To support the strong growth of the company, the Recruitement team is expanding and creating a position of Talent Acquisition Specialist.


Missions :


  • Support the growth of the company by hiring new talent for our international offices
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Managing hiring processes via our Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven international work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English (ideally as a native language) and French
