Role & Impact 🎯

At Evaneos, we connect travelers with local experts to create more authentic and responsible travel experiences. We operate in eight European markets (France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands), scaling our impact across borders.

The Southern region (Italy in priority, and Spain) has been part of Evaneos for more than fourteen years. Italy and Spain are strategic markets for Evaneos, and our goal is to further strengthen the strong momentum driving sustainable growth in these key countries.

We’re looking for a strategic leader with proven experience in the Southern market, someone who knows how to navigate complexity, build strong local partnerships, and deliver growth in competitive B2C travel industries.

Your mission: to continue building the brand in these markets and to activate the necessary growth levers to sustain a strong and lasting performance trajectory. You will define a strategy leveraging your local expertise and deep market understanding, built on both internal and external insights, and developed in close collaboration with central teams

The International & FR Markets team 👥

In the International & FR Markets’ team, you’ll join and lead a dedicated and dynamic team of two experts: a Marketing Manager and a Network Developer. You’ll also work closely with other departments (product, offer, marketing,…) to accelerate our overall growth.

This role is based in Paris 🇫🇷 and requires regular business trips (approximately once a month) to Italy and Spain.


Your role as Southern Country Manager 🇮🇹 🇪🇸

🛣️ Set market direction and drive market performance

1/ You set the vision, priorities, and ensure flawless execution in your region:

  • You define and lead the key strategic priorities in close collaboration with central teams, across all growth levers (customer segments, offer, marketing channels, etc.).

  • You steer the budget design and allocation for your market, ensuring alignment with both your market priorities and overall company objectives.

2/ You monitor, analyze, and boost market performance:

  • You take ownership of your market’s P&L (top of the P&L) and key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, challenges, and actionable insights to maximize performance.

  • You lead Business Reviews from demand to sales, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to turn insights into impact.

  • You define and follow up on sales targets, network development, and market-specific needs to ensure sustainable growth.

🔊 Represent Evaneos and grow its influence

You are the public face of Evaneos in German-speaking markets. You make the brand visible, trusted, and relevant :

  • Represent Evaneos with journalists, partners, media, and industry networks.

  • Show up where it matters, key events, travel fairs, and local communities that shape opinion.

  • Strengthen our reputation by sharing our vision of responsible, human travel in ways that resonate locally.

📍Drive activation and localize the brand strategy

You turn local opportunities into growth and make the brand thrive in your markets:

  • Build strategic partnerships with tourism boards, media, and brands to amplify reach and strengthen Evaneos’ reputation and growth in the region.

  • Gather and share strategic market insights to fine-tune campaigns, adapt messaging, and maximize brand and business impact.

  • Lead and inspire your local team (a Marketing Manager and a Network Developer) to deliver effective PR, influencer, brand, and growth activations, in close collaboration with central teams.

💰 Salary range is €75K-80k fixedTransparent salary decisions based on clear benchmarks, career progression frameworks, and peer alignment to ensure fairness.


Requisitos

What we’re looking for

  • Around 7+ years driving growth and visibility for consumer brands, ideally in travel, mobility, leisure, or e-commerce.

  • Proven ability to optimize revenues and control costs to support business growth

  • Transversal leadership and strong interpersonal skills to engage and build a strong connection with the central teams

  • Strong understanding of the Southern region, its markets, and dynamics

  • Written and spoken Italian (C2 level or equivalent) & ideally Spanish too (B2 /C1) to represent the brand with impact, define and execute local strategy, and ensure cultural alignment and resonance across all market initiatives and partnerships

  • Fluent English (and French ideally), to collaborate effectively with our internal teams of 15 nationalities

  • Experience building strategic partnerships and representing your brand externally (events, agencies, media).
