As a Local Agent Intern, you will be based on-site in Bali and work primarily with the French-speaking market. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer care, operations, and quality monitoring within a local DMC environment.
You will be involved throughout the travelers’ journey, acting as a key contact point before and during the trip, while collaborating closely with the local team and partners. This internship is ideal for someone eager to discover the behind-the-scenes of tailor-made travel and to grow professionally in an international setting.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip
Act as the main contact for travelers during their stay, ensuring smooth communication and reassurance.
Handle unexpected situations such as complaints, cancellations, or on-trip issues with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor service quality throughout the trip to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.
Collect travelers’ feedback after the trip and contribute to client loyalty and continuous improvement.
📊 Administrative & financial tasks
Track the profitability of travel files and monitor key performance indicators.
Report sales and operational data to support internal follow-up.
Assist in managing supplier contracts and maintaining accurate records.
🌱 Responsible tourism
Promote sustainable and responsible travel practices in daily operations.
Select and work with eco-conscious local suppliers.
Educate travelers about local culture, environmental impact, and responsible behaviors during their trip.
