Join Europ Assistance’s journey to become an AI-driven organization. As an AI Delivery Intern, you will help drive the 2026 priority programs, with focus on M365 Copilot Rollout and broader AI and GenAI initiatives across the Group.

You will work with Group and local teams to prioritize high-impact use cases, scale adoption and design & deliver AI solutions over EA's Cloud AI Platforms (Azure + AWS).

Activities description:

Copilot Rollout Program:

• Set up structured intake & prioritization process with business owners to identify, size and deploy value-added Copilot applications.

• Maintain engagement: schedule communications and champion network moments; curate success stories and use-case one-pagers.

• Monitor adoption: maintain dashbords (active users, actions, app coverage), capture feedback and propose interventions.

Contribute to design & build of (Gen) Ai solutions over EA's Cloud AI Platforms (Azure + AWS), collaborations with IT AI PLatform Architects and AI Engineers.

Support E2E project delivery: backlog, planning, stakeholder coordination (Operations, IT AI Factory, Governance), tracking KPIs and risks.

Prepare collateral (decks, briefs, status, notes), collect business requirements, support vendor scans/RFP inputs when needed.

Preferred Experience

Master’s degree in:

• Engineering / Computer Science.

• Data Science / AI / Digital Innovation.

• Passionate about AI-driven transformation and its impact on business and society.

• Strong program/project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, structured, concise and outcome-oriented.

• Comfortable working in complex, multicultural environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with M365 Copilot (and Copilot Studio), prompt design and AI use-case discovery.

• Exposure to Azure OpenAI / Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, RAG concepts, Python, Power Automate/Power Bi.

Required Skills:

• AI Productization: solid understanding of LLMs, prompting, common enterprise AI use cases; curiosity to learn fast,

• Technical literacy: knowledge of cloud AI services (Azure/AWS), RAG, data/knowledge integration; M365 Copilot, PowerBi; ability to liaise with engineers,

• Program management: backlog management, sprint planning, KPI tracking, ability to synthesize insights,

• Ability to analyse and synthesize information into clear, actionable insights,

• Strong analytical thinking and probelm-solving mindset,

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus).
