Your role

You will join the Linguistics team, part of the Product team playing a central role in product development and management.

The Linguistics team is responsible for three main areas:

• creation, conception, and adaptation of test content

• operational tasks relating to the evaluation process

• product improvements and development

Job Description

You will gain experience in two major areas:

Test Item Writing

• Conception and creation of new thematic tests and test questions

• Ensure that new content is adapted to CEFR standards

• Prepare new content for addition to the online platform

Project Management

• Localization tasks using a Localization Management System (LMS) to deliver content in multiple languages

• Participate in the creation of technical and linguistic documentation for internal and external use

Required Skills:

• Fluent English and French, spoken and written; other languages would be a plus

• Familiarity with language teaching or assessment

• Knowledge of the CEFR framework

• Tech-oriented. Familiarity with GSuite, project management tools or LMS systems is a plus

• The desire to work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment

• The ability to work autonomously

Desired Education and Experience:

• Final year of an undergraduate degree or a Masters degree, in foreign languages or linguistics

• A first experience in education or language services
