Enky is a leading European platform operating at the intersection of real estate, finance and hospitality.
Originally built as a furniture subscription scale-up, Enky has expanded into real asset-backed investment models, combining strong operational expertise with innovative financial structuring.

Momoamo is Enky’s flagship hospitality & real estate investment initiative.
Founded by Aissa Laroussi, Momoamo develops and operates a curated collection of high-end houses dedicated to corporate offsites and seminars, powered by Kymono, a major B2B event agency with €50M+ in cumulative revenue.

The ambition is to build a scalable real estate portfolio, financed through equity and real estate-backed bonds, while creating a long-term investor community connected to the brand and the places.

As Head of Real Estate Investment & Partnerships, you will lead Enky’s real estate investment strategy for Momoamo.
You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, financing and scaling a portfolio of premium hospitality assets, while building strong relationships with investors and strategic partners.

This is a foundational role, reporting directly to Aissa Laroussi (Founder) and working closely with Enky and Kymono leadership teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Investment Strategy

  • Define and execute the acquisition strategy for Momoamo properties (20–50 pax houses)

  • Source on-market and off-market real estate opportunities across France

  • Lead asset-level underwriting (acquisition, capex, operating model)

  • Manage due diligence processes with external advisors

  • Deliver the 2025 roadmap: 5 acquisitions, €5–8M invested


2. Financial Structuring & Capital Raising

  • Structure real estate-backed investment products (bonds, SPVs, asset-level vehicles)

  • Support capital raises at holding and asset level

  • Work closely with legal, tax and financial advisors

  • Monitor asset performance (EBITDA, cash-flow, valuation)


3. Partnerships & Distribution

  • Build and manage partnerships with:

    • Wealth managers / CGPs

    • Real estate operators and renovation partners

    • Tech providers (white-label investment platforms)

  • Develop repeatable white-label investment projects (≈1 every 3 months)

  • Act as a key point of contact for strategic partners and investors


4. Investor Community & Experience

  • Design and scale the Momoamo investor community

  • Define investor benefits beyond financial returns:

    • Preferential access to properties

    • Private stays and corporate usage

    • Exclusive events and seminars

  • Co-create investor experiences with Kymono (first investor seminar planned Q1 2026)


5. Internal Coordination & Governance

  • Work cross-functionally with Enky, Momoamo and Kymono teams

  • Support long-term expansion strategy (multi-asset, international)

  • Contribute to governance, reporting and strategic planning


Requisitos

Experience

  • 6–10 years in:

    • Real estate investment

    • Private equity / real assets

    • Structured finance or real estate M&A

  • Strong experience with financial modeling and deal structuring

  • Comfortable operating in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments

Mindset & Skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

  • Credible with sophisticated investors

  • Autonomous, hands-on and business-driven

  • Strong relationship builder

  • Existing network of wealth managers or private investors
