From modern offices and home workspaces to serviced apartments, coliving, and hospitality environments, we combine design, durability, and operational excellence to help companies create places where people feel good, perform better, and want to come back.

We’re now launching a brand-new Business Unit dedicated to Workplace & Hospitality Solutions, covering hybrid work, home offices, flexible living, and professional hospitality environments.

We’re looking for a BU leader who can build this activity from scratch — whether your strongest roots are in workplace, hospitality, or both.

If you want to own a BU, shape a cross-sector offering, and have a direct impact on how people live and work across Europe, this role is your playground.

Your Mission

As Head of Workplace & Hospitality Solutions, you act as the founder of this Business Unit.
You define the strategy, structure the offer, and scale it across Europe.

Working directly with Shari, and in close collaboration with all Enky teams, you will build a high-performing engine serving SMEs, large corporates, operators, and hospitality players — while naturally pushing the BU toward the vertical you master best.

What You’ll Lead

Build & Scale the Business Unit

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and P&L

  • Define the offer portfolio (workplace, hospitality, or hybrid use cases)

  • Structure pricing, margins, and commercial playbooks

  • Lead execution end-to-end, from strategy to delivery

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Build a competitive B2B & B2B2C GTM strategy

  • Identify priority segments: companies, operators, landlords, hospitality brands

  • Craft strong value propositions for different customer profiles

  • Adapt messaging between workplace efficiency and hospitality experience

Market & Sector Expertise

  • Track trends across hybrid work, flexible living, hospitality design, sustainability, and operational excellence

  • Identify market gaps and translate insights into concrete initiatives

  • Stay close to evolving client expectations in both sectors

Tools, Processes & Enablement

  • Equip sales teams with clear tools, documentation, and data

  • Build scalable, efficient operational workflows

  • Ensure smooth delivery across multi-site and international projects

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, sourcing, tech, and operations

  • Align teams around quality, speed, and customer experience

  • Deliver a premium, consistent experience across all projects

Product, Design & Tech Excellence

  • Select and evaluate furniture, suppliers, materials, and innovations

  • Balance design, durability, comfort, and operational constraints

  • Ensure solutions fit both workplace and hospitality standards

Partnerships & Brand Presence

  • Build strong partnerships with industry players (manufacturers, operators, designers)

  • Represent Enky at trade fairs, hospitality events, workplace forums, and professional salons

  • Strengthen Enky’s positioning across both verticals


Requisitos

  • Strong expertise in either Workplace or Hospitality
    (office furniture, workplace consulting, hospitality operations, interior design, real estate, or related fields)

  • A strong interest in bridging both worlds

  • Strategic operator mindset — able to think big and execute concretely

  • Entrepreneurial DNA — comfortable building from scratch

  • Cross-functional fluency — sales, marketing, product, sourcing, ops

  • Design sensibility — architecture, interior design, or concept-driven environments is a plus

  • Languages — English required; additional languages are a strong plus

  • Location — ideally Paris-based; travel expected
