Emeraude Escape reinvents training, awareness, recruitment and communication through corporate gamification. Specializing in the high-end design of tailor-made Serious Games, Emeraude Escape creates immersive experiences for demanding companies worldwide (CAC40, Fortune 500, etc.), with a strong presence in the Luxury sector (LVMH, CHANEL, Hermès…).

Our Serious Games are 100% produced in-house, giving our project managers complete responsibility for production from start to finish. This approach not only provides training in a wide range of subjects, but also encourages creativity.


We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to create entertaining and educational B-to-B experiences. In this key role, you will be responsible for thinking and overseeing innovative projects focused on the development of serious games for our high-level clientele, while ensuring effective management of customer relations and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Design and develop creative concepts, innovative stories and engaging mini-games in close collaboration with our creative teams, based on our customers’ educational content.

  • Effectively manage relationships with high-level customers (C-Level), understanding and responding to their specific needs.

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (web development & creative) to ensure the delivery of quality projects, on time.

  • Oversee the management of several projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity of objectives, task allocation and rigorous monitoring of deadlines.

  • Maintain a constant watch on emerging trends in e-learning and serious games, with a view to integrating best practices and the latest technologies into our projects.


Requisitos

We’re looking for someone with a business/management/marketing/communication background, or with initial experience in a digital agency, who is keen to work on the future of BtoB training via gamification, and to strengthen their skills (Tech, BtoB, E-learning, Luxury…) with us.

Seniority: minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in similar roles.

Essential skills

Project management :

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years’ experience) in managing complex digital projects, from conception to delivery.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage several projects in parallel, while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

  • Master project management and collaboration tools, as well as a good understanding of web development principles and creative processes.

Communication :

  • Fluent English & french required (spoken - read - written)

  • Excellent writing skills EN/FR: excellent written and verbal communication skills to present concepts and ideas clearly and convincingly.

  • Experience in customer relationship management, with in particular a proven ability to interact effectively with high-level decision-makers (C-Level).

Strategic and creative versatility

  • Ability to grasp the strategic and competitive issues facing major groups in different sectors.

  • Ability to appropriate a brand’s identity to inspire and guide the creativity of the project team.

  • Expertise in the rapid analysis and assimilation of pedagogical training content for the effective creation of relevant digital experiences.

  • Ability to develop stories and creative concepts for BtoB learning serious games.

Ideally

  • Experience in the luxury goods sector is highly appreciated.

  • Familiarity with technical subjects related to the technologies of our Learning business sector (LMS, API, SSO, PowerBI, etc.).

  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Blender, After Effects is an asset, even if you’re not responsible for producing content, understanding how they work, their possibilities and limitations facilitates effective collaboration with creative teams.

  • And if you’re unfamiliar with these subjects, be enthusiastic about learning in collaboration with our teams.

Ideally:

  • Experience in the luxury goods sector is highly appreciated.

Proceso de selección

  • Introduction call: Initial telephone conversation with the CEO or COO to get to know each other, discuss your background and motivations, and give you a more detailed presentation of Emeraude and the position.

  • Case study: If the screening is conclusive, the candidate is invited to make a case study to test their creative and technical skills and their ability to solve specific problems related to the position.

  • Case debriefing: Following the case study, an interview is organized to discuss the candidate’s proposed solutions, assess their strategic thinking and their ability to solve the challenges encountered.

  • Final HR call: After reviewing all applications, successful candidates are invited to a final interview to finalize administrative details, clarify working conditions and answer any further questions.
