The role : Outbound & Growth Sales Specialist - German speaking M/F/D

Responsabilities :

  • Generate business opportunities by prospecting on German Market

  • Work with the Business teams on market segmentation, targeting Key Accounts / SMEs and define an outbound acquisition strategy

  • Test & Learn new acquisition channels to develop solid multichannel approaches

  • Market Intelligence research and analysis

  • Co-create with our Growth Engineer some automation tasks and automation campaigns to extend your prospecting outreach

  • Create Warm Calling method to generate business opportunities

  • Create Sales Script to handle objections

  • Contribute to CRM enrichment & Reports monitoring

  • Co-create with our SalesOps Director some Sales Enablement initiatives to bring business creativity in your prospecting actions

  • Tracking KPIs, measuring ROI of actions taken and optimizing processes (including CRM) to improve the outbound acquisition strategy

  • Participate at Business Opportunities Meeting

  • According to performances, you might have the possibility to progressively undertake Inside Sales responsibilities such as:

- Account Management of some Clients

- Conduct Business Opportunities Meeting

- Ensure the nurturing of your leads and clients

- Business Relationship Management

- Conduct hiring interviews of consultants

What we are looking for :
  • Master's student from a business, engineering or equivalent school who is looking to put his/her knowledge into practice.

  • Passionate about new technologies, entrepreneurship, sales and marketing.

  • Knowledge of automation tools, emailing, data enrichment.

  • Experience in CRM such as HubSpot would be a plus

  • You have notions in copywriting and you love to test new ideas

  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and you are able to open new doors

  • You're versatile, creative, always thinking outside the box and you NEVER give up!

  • We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and autonomous profile, able to take initiatives within a growing startup and a small team

  • You are fluent in English and German
