For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, with 2 web front-ends & 1 mobile app, that need to be data driven, we are looking for a Web & Mobile Analytics Expert / Digital Analyst.

As a Digital Analyst you will support the program Feature teams by collecting and analyzing data about front usage:

1. Ensure Digital Analytics data quality

• Design & update tagging plans

• Request tagging fixes and improvements

• Setup Tag Management System and Digital Analytics solutions

• Verify technical implementations

2. Increase feature teams autonomy on Digital Analytics tracking and reporting

• Prepare and arrange global trainings

• Arrange 1-to-1 workshops for custom practice

• Monitor skills set development KPIs

• Verify process and ways of working cover Digital Analytics (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done)

3. Provide insights and areas of improvement

• Facilitate product ideation & discovery by providing key insights

• Contribute to performance monitoring and activations with Digital Analytics data addition to data lakes and dashboards

• Make Ad hoc analysis with recommendations in order to optimize conversion

4. Warranty technical stack is state of the art

• Challenge architecture (ie: implement server-side tracking for Analytics & Media)

• Benchmark solutions and make PoC (proof of concept)

You could be our next teammate if you verify the following requirements:

• 5 years of higher education and a strong web awareness (specialization in digital, e-business, or personal experience(s) …)

• Very good knowledge of the Web in general

• Thoroughness

• Writing and interpersonal skills (you will be in direct contact with various profiles)

• Knowledge of the following web languages would be highly appreciated: Javascript, HTML/CSS

• Working English

• Good command of Microsoft Office suite

• You like to learn new things!

• You have at least some initial experience (including work-study contracts and internships) in tag management/ performance analysis/ web analytics/ CRO or as a web developer with a desire to move into consulting.

• You know agile collaborative tools such as JIRA

• A past experience with a banking / fintech product or digital payment product is a plus

• You have fluency in English (international team); other languages appreciated (French, Spanish, Portuguese)
