Our Fleet Manager, EZFleet, is our in-house fleet management solution tailor made to monitor and control Autonomous vehicles such as the EZ10 or EZTow. EZFleet provides both a Control Center to monitor Autonomous vehicles and a Mission Manager to dispatch and optimise the fleet performance.

Who we are:

At the EZFleet team, we’re developers integrated in the R&D Team, working with Agile methodologies.

• We have backend, frontend and fullstack backgrounds.

• We like to pair program, and even mob program when we feel the need for it. It’s important to us that everyone can be heard, so we value and try our best to respect the one speaking.

• We enjoy validating new features with real Autonomous Vehicles in our test facility in Toulouse.

• We manage by ourselves the deployment pipeline.

Your future responsibilities will be:

• Propose and run long term roadmap of Fleet Management product inside EasyMile in line with EasyMile strategy, marketing vision and technologies state of the art

• Organize dedicated workshop to align stakeholders on roadmap definition (ie : story mapping, backlog grooming, event storming)

• Run the product backlog in Agile sprints

• Refine Users stories (description, needs, acceptance criteria):

• Prioritize the backlog maximizing business value and ROI

• Lead workload estimation ceremonies with the team

• Define sprint goals and align team on achieve these goals

• Validate User Stories

• Highlight and manage functional dependencies with other teams

• Organize sprint reviews and product demonstration

Support

• Qualify new demands from stakeholders

• Get feedbacks of product performances on the field

• Write release note and ensure production of functional documentation

• Type: Full time permanent contract (CDI temps plein)

We are looking for:

• Experienced in similar role (PO, PM)

• Experienced in software development and integration

• Experience with Agile methodologies : Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP, SAFE

• Familiarity with Cloud architecture (Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes)

• Fluent in English

Desirable

• Computer science or related degree

• Scaled Agile framework : SoS, LeSS, Safe, Spotify or equivalent

• Expertise in Fleet management, Supervision systems or public transportation

• Experience in autonomous vehicle technologies

• 30 minutes call with the recruitment team

• Meeting with the team, technical tests 

• One hour interview with the manager and the recruitment manager
