Treasury Payments Administrator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract 

Hybrid working - candidates should be commutable 2/3 days a week to our Maidenhead office

We are seeking an experienced Treasury professional to join our Finance team and contribute to the efficient management of global cash operations. This role offers the opportunity to support end-to-end payment processing, drive automation initiatives, and enhance Treasury policies, procedures, and training frameworks. 

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of multi-currency transactions, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions to support strategic financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Payment ProcessingPrepare domestic and foreign currency payments via banking portals, ensuring all transactions are properly authorized by senior finance leadership.•     Support Treasury Automation InitiativesContribute to the identification, development, and implementation of automation opportunities within Treasury operations to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy and efficiency.•     Policy, Process & Training DevelopmentRecommend and implement improvements to Treasury policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and team effectiveness.Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation to support consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across Treasury functions.•     Cash Flow ManagementAssist in forecasting and monitoring actual cash flows by collaborating with relevant teams to gather inputs and report findings to the Treasury Manager.•     Audit & Controls SupportProvide support for internal and external audits, respond to internal control queries, and assist in implementing audit-related process enhancements.

What will help you succeed

• Minimum 3 years of Treasury experience / relatable experience within a Finance Adminstrator role, with a solid understanding of day-to-day cash management and payment processing.
• Strong knowledge of global payments processing, including familiarity with multi-currency transactions and international banking platforms.
• Experience in process automation within Treasury functions is highly desirable, particularly in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency through digital tools or system enhancements.
