  • Lead, build and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators - responsible for supporting our R&D Talent Acquisition Team, focus EMEA
  • Set the direction & strategy of the R&D Recruiting Coordination function within Dynatrace to help support the hiring demand of our fast-growing environment
  • Collaborate closely with TA Leadership and Program Management & Operations to optimize operational processes & workflows and the effectiveness of recruiting
  • Own the strategic roadmap for your team and work globally with team outside of R&D to make sure we are aligned in how we support the global business needs and drive consistency across the board
  • Recommend and implement improvements to hiring process and SmartRecruiters (ATS) workflow both for internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Work on projects like onboarding, internal recruiting trainings, data cleanliness, reporting & metrics, etc.
  • Drive cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and internal stakeholders
  • Own and actively manage hiring and developing the best talent for your team

Requisitos

  • 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function, with 2+ years in recruiting operations or recruiting coordination
  • Passionate about coaching others with 1+ years of experience managing a team in a high growth environment
  • Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle and tooling and confidence in creating and implementing processes within applicant tracking systems
  • Experienced in building and scaling candidate, interviewer, and coordination processes & workflows
  • Strong communicator with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to use data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisions
