You want to gain your first professional experience alongside your studies in an agile HR department, working in an innovative and international environment? We are looking for a People Operations Intern this summer to support our local team with all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences to our stakeholder with a particular focus on Leave of Absences, Working Time and Labor Law knowledge.
During your internship at Dynatrace you will get hands-on experience in multiple tasks and activities such as:
Independent handling of personnel-related topics
Ticket management
Administrative support for our People Operations team
On-going or completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or similar
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Labor Law
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Solution-oriented and independent working style
Hands-on mentality and diplomatic skills
