About the role 🚀

Reporting

If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Network Operation team - you will be directly reporting to Antoine, Head of Operation and Maintenance.

Location: Paris.

Job Overview:
You will be responsible for optimizing the technical and economic performance of DRIVECO’s charging network, which includes:

  • Improving performance analysis tools for the network (PowerBI, internal tools, etc.)
  • Analyzing charging station data to detect anomaly patterns
  • Building tools to automate analyses and generate alerts in case of anomalies
  • Proposing action plans to improve network quality
  • Creating dashboards to monitor Care, Operations, and Maintenance activities
  • Operating the electric vehicle charging networks:
  • Diagnosing failures and triggering required corrective maintenance operations
  • Managing service providers (hardware manufacturers, maintenance teams, etc.) to optimize resolution times
  • Providing remote support to maintenance technicians during on-site interventions
  • Participating in interventions to bring DRIVECO's technical and product expertise
  • Ensuring equipment quality and driving improvement initiatives:
  • Monitoring equipment wear and tear
  • Identifying technical solutions to improve the network
  • Analyzing failures and handling supplier warranty claims
  • Suggesting improvements to the supervision system and activity management tools

Preferred Experience

👩‍💻 Hard Skills

  • Degree level Bac+3 / Bac+4 / Bac+5 (equivalent to Bachelor's or Master’s degree)
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing and operating a fleet of electronic products, from troubleshooting to maintenance follow-up
  • Technical knowledge in electricity and EV charging infrastructure (IRVE)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau software, ETL tools, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and French.
