-oriented, collaborative, organized, and knowing procurement analyst with a taste for keeping building and deploying a global procurement organization in France, in Germany, in Italy and more.

Setting
-up at the end of 2019, the Global Procurement Team is responsible for securing and optimizing all Doctolib’s purchases. Currently the organization
- 8 people
- is still under construction with defining and implementing of strategies, methodology, governance, processes, tools, and KPI.

As part of an outstanding growing
-up Procurement Team you will be in charge of managing daily P2P operations activities to bring best service ever to our Doctobuyers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring vendor base in our SAP4 solution (onboarding, labeling, legal documents, CSR scoring…)
• Handling Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in our P2P process
• Helping Doctobuyers to adopt P2P processes, methodology and tools
• Managing the Procurement Helpdesk to efficiently handle tickets
• Helping Doctobuyers and all stakeholders to be procurement process compliant/sensitive
• Contributing to integrate vendors and contracts from acquired companies as part of our external growth roadmap
• Helping Procurement Partners to implement preferred vendors strategies and help them for some RFPs
• Helping the team for different tasks (brainstorming, process updates…))
