Already well-established in the Benelux and Nordic regions , the brand is entering a new growth phase with the ambition of strengthening its presence in Spain and France , two key markets for Orisha Commerce.
THIS POSITION IS TO BE FILLED STARTING FROM APRIL 2026
We are looking for a Sales Manager (M/F) to launch and develop Tweakwise in the Spanish and French markets, turning an established strategy into concrete results.
You will be provided with a comprehensive go-to-market plan (objectives, strategy, tools, prospect database, marketing collateral, etc.), and it will be up to you to take the lead in the field and adapt the commercial approach to local specificities.
Specifically, you will:
Develop and manage a client portfolio in France and Spain: prospecting, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
Target mid-market and enterprise companies within the retail and e-commerce sectors.
Build brand awareness for Tweakwise in the Spanish and French markets, positioning yourself as a key industry player through a value-based and ROI-centered approach.
Collaborate closely with SDR teams (France & Spain) and marketing for lead generation and qualification.
Manage the entire sales cycle within Salesforce, from prospecting to signing, while leveraging the expertise and support of the Tweakwise team.
Represent Tweakwise at e-commerce trade shows, events, and webinars (regular travel within France and Spain).
Share field insights with the Product and Customer Success teams to contribute to the evolution of the global strategy.
Proficiency in consultative sales cycles (2–3 months) dealing with mid-market and enterprise stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You enjoy building, experimenting, and developing a market from scratch with a high degree of autonomy.
Trilingual (Mandatory): Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, Spanish, and English.
Product curiosity and a drive to deeply understand customer needs to propose high-value solutions.
