Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations /CRM Administrator to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring smooth execution of the Quote-to-Booking process, and providing accurate revenue and performance reporting. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of sales administration, process improvement, and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration (HubSpot):
- Own day-to-day administration, data integrity, and system configuration.
- Ensure accurate deal, contact, and company data.
- Support sales team with training, troubleshooting, and adoption best practices.
Quote-to-Booking Process:
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows from quotation to signed booking.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, finance, and customer success.
- Monitor process compliance and suggest improvements.
Revenue & Performance Controls:
- Track and reconcile ARR vs. recognized revenue.
- Support monthly and quarterly revenue close processes.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial and operational reporting.
Invoicing & Sales Compensation:
- Support finance in invoicing workflows and revenue documentation.
- Calculate and validate sales commissions in line with compensation plans.
- Maintain clear and auditable records.
General Sales Operations:
- Provide reporting and dashboards for sales leadership (pipeline, forecast, KPIs).
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure operational alignment.
- Drive process standardization and efficiency across the go-to-market organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models (ARR, MRR, revenue recognition).
- Fluency in both French and English
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
