🚀 Mission

As project manager for our small to medium carrier account customers, you are part of the Customer Success team from our office in Madrid. You handle project management to implement our tool with our carrier clients, and help the sales team make the complex deals a success.

🎯 Goals

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end Dashdoc implementation: ensure project success from initial project scoping and alignment through to training and full deployment.

  • Deliver the best possible user experience and customer relationship by acting as the central point of contact, working closely with Dashdoc’s sales, product, and technical teams.

  • Help make Dashdoc the best tool on the market by gathering and sharing customer feedback, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

  • Contribute to building the best product on the market through client feedbacks, and to improve our internal processes.

Requisitos

🔑 Ideal candidate profile

  • Aligned with the company values : Care, Ambition, Passion, Speed

  • Driving license and flexibility to go on-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites. Driving license is mandatory

  • Transport or industry knowledge : you have a good knowledge of this business thanks to a first experience in a transport, logistics or industrial company.

  • Experience in complex project management : you have minimum 3 years of experience with key accounts companies, as consultant or project manager. You are autonomous on project methodology and proactive on identifying and solving problems.

  • Organization : excellent ability to define KPIs, prioritizing between several projects, follow closely an action plan, proactivity

  • Language : your mother tongue is Spanish and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.

  • Product and tech-oriented : attraction for complex saas products, ability to connect business need with product solution, ability to give trainings.

  • Customer orientation and communication skills : sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions. Interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence stakeholders, prepare and present written presentations
