Descripción del puesto

We’re looking for a creative, versatile Brand Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and craft.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you’ll bring Dashdoc’s brand to life across digital, print, and marketing touchpoints.

You have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. Collaborative and proactive, you’ll work with teams across marketing, product, and sales to elevate the Dashdoc brand.

If shaping a fast-growing brand excites you, we want to meet you!

Key responsabilities

As our Brand Designer, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how Dashdoc is seen, experienced, and remembered—both online and offline. Your work will touch every corner of the brand, from first impressions to lasting experiences.

Crafting the brand

  • Own and evolve Dashdoc’s visual identity, ensuring it’s bold, cohesive, and memorable across all touchpoints.

  • Create assets that bring our brand to life: illustrations, icons, templates, motion graphics, and more.

  • Be the guardian of brand consistency, helping teams across marketing, sales, product, and HR communicate with clarity and style.

Designing digital experiences

  • Transform ideas into compelling web experiences, from wireframes and user flows to polished UI designs in Figma.

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to refine and elevate our website, ensuring it reflects both business goals and user needs.

  • Bring creativity to our digital campaigns, social media content, and email marketing, making every touchpoint visually engaging.

Marketing & storytelling

  • Shape narratives visually, translating product launches, events, and corporate initiatives into inspiring campaigns.

  • Produce key marketing assets—decks, landing pages, eBooks, reports, social visuals—that resonate with our audience.

Print & physical presence

  • Design high-quality print and event materials, from banners and brochures to stands and branded merchandise.

  • Ensure that every physical asset reflects Dashdoc’s premium and innovative image.

Collaboration & continuous omprovement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that drive impact.

  • Champion better workflows, guidelines, and processes to make design at Dashdoc smarter, faster, and more consistent.
