Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for digital video publishers, offering strategic guidance and support to enhance their presence and performance on our platform.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with publishers, understanding their unique needs and goals to tailor support effectively.
- Provide end-to-end customer service, from onboarding to ongoing account optimization, ensuring publishers are fully engaged and maximizing their revenue potential.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement, delivering actionable insights to publishers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline implementation and integration processes, ensuring a seamless experience for publishers.
- Educate publishers on platform features, updates, and best practices in the digital video industry to enhance their content strategy and viewership.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to publishers in navigating the digital video landscape.
