    Job description

    Your mission : To maximize Customer Lifecycle over the long term ⭐

    As our International Engagement Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating post-purchase marketing for every consumer, and maximize retention. Your main missions will include :

    • CRM management day to day
    • Analysis et optimization of post-purchase customer experience
    • Emailing development, monitoring et a/b testing
    • International CRM development (adapt and optimize every content for local countries)
    • Strategic projet management to maximize customer experience and retention

    Your daily job? 💪

    • Handle CRM day to day (create and implement newsletters, optimize marketing automation) in an international context
    • Be in charge of Cuure customers engagement and retention
    • Work within the marketing team, and in coordination with other Cuure teams
    • Daily contacts with the founders

    Preferred experience


    You are dynamic, ambitious, entrepreneur minded and you are looking to learn, to be challenged and to contribute to a fast growing startup.

    • Business school, engineering school or equivalent
    • Strong analytical skills & data driven (mastering of excel)
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, especially CRM, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French. Any additional language is strongly appreciated.
