We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support the sales team and contribute to the improvement of our commercial performance monitoring and processes.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales & Partnerships, and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and data teams. You’ll gain exposure to both strategic and hands-on tasks, with strong impact on how we engage with Pharma, Biotech and Academic partners.

This internship is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-driven Techbio startup, and play a key role in its commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Sales Enablement & Tools: Help structure and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensure data quality, and support continuously the team with dashboards and reports

  • Sales Analytics and Forecasts: Analyze pipeline, activity, and performance metrics to help steer the sales strategy and set solid forecasts

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting Support: Assist in the preparation of contact lists and segmentation strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dropcontact, etc.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to make the sales process more efficient (automation, templates, workflows…)

  • Cross-team coordination: Collaborate with marketing to align on outbound strategy and campaigns; support reporting for finance and operations


Requisitos

You are…

  • Currently studying in a business, engineering, or analytics-oriented program (gap year or end-of-studies internship or alternance)

  • Analytical and structured, with a knack for data analysis and reporting

  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and ideally some familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot)

  • Curious, proactive and not afraid to suggest better ways of doing things

  • Fluent in French, at ease in English

Bonus points if you…

  • Have a strong interest in healthcare, techbio, or oncology

  • Not afraid by cold calling

  • Have already worked with tools like Notion, Dropcontact, Sales Navigator

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
