As a Head of Product - Time and Collaboration, you are part of the Tech and Product leadership team. You own the definition of the Product Vision and Strategy and manage a team of 4 highly-skilled Product Managers, who lead their own squad.

You will work on the Time and Collaboration products of Combo, with the mission to empower employees and managers of deskless companies (restaurants, shops, pharmacies, gyms, etc.) to collaborate and manage their team’s work.

Among the squads in your department, are Core Engine - powering all the calculations that are used by Combo to compute and keep track of the hours worked by the employees, Scheduling - providing a seamless scheduling experience, and Mobile - enabling our customers to collaborate effectively at all levels. Together, you are responsible to define and build delightful and reliable experiences that help deskless teams work better.

It’s a high-responsibility and demanding role, reporting directly to the VP Product. At the core of our product strategy, you will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to lead the product forward and empower your team to do their best work.

By consolidating a comprehensive understanding of our market and our clients, they are responsible for setting and championing their product vision, identifying the right opportunities to address, validating their hypotheses, and finding the best solutions in an iterative manner.

How are we organized?

Each team is composed of a PM, 4 to 6 Devs (back-end, front-end or full-stack), and, depending on the needs, a Designer and/or a Product Marketing Manager.

The Product and Tech teams are organized in impact squads, stable over time. Acting as true experts of their product and their users, they are empowered to make their own choices to achieve their goals, which are aligned with the company’s product strategy.

This position is based in Paris and we offer a hybrid work rhythm.

Missions

• In collaboration with the VP Product, set and champion the Product Vision and Strategy for your Tribe

• Setup and manage the organization and positioning of your squads to achieve Combo’s Product objectives

• Collaborate with your team to define, monitor, and reach quarterly and yearly product goals, removing roadblocks and managing dependencies

• Lead, challenge, train and empower your team to deliver the highest level of impact at every step of the product process : Strategy, Discovery, Delivery.

• Recruit and manage a team of 3-5 highly-skilled product managers

• You have 5+ years of experience in product management and demonstrated success in leading product development in top-notch tech and product companies.

• You have 3+ years of successful management experience

• You know how to build a product vision and lead a team of both junior and senior PMs

• You are an excellent communicator and are able to drive collaboration at all the company levels

• You are impact-driven and know how to take decisions that foster commitment

• You are able to communicate in English at a professional level
